We wish you a very Merry Christmas…it is a simple phrase that means so very much. We truly hope that all of you have the opportunity to celebrate this wonderful time of year with the people that you hold dear. We hope that during this holiday season you will create amazing memories filled with happiness and love.
For so many the past several years have been challenging ones filled with significant changes and so many mixed emotions. So, it is difficult to send our Christmas wishes filled with joy without acknowledging that for many, Christmas may be another challenge. So, for all that have experienced difficulties, challenges, or loss this year, we wish for you a time of healing, peace, hope, and if possible, the warmth of past memories and moments of laughter to lighten your hearts.
For us, we have a re-affirmed appreciation of the time we get to spend with family and friends. Despite the challenges we have all faced, this year was once again filled with exciting projects and an ever-growing client family. It has been a pleasure to get to know our clients so well and therefore, it seems only natural to extend our very best wishes to all. After all, we don’t just build houses, we build relationships and custom homes… your home!
We sincerely thank you, our clients, for your understanding, your cooperation, your patience and your friendship.
We wish you a very Merry Christmas in your new or newly renovated home. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to be a part of your project.
Or at least they fall from the trees! The temperatures have dropped, and the leaves are turning colours and falling to the ground…this is the true sign that fall is really upon us. Here in the Niagara Region the sight is stunning, the pictures are breathtaking, and the maintenance is real! With the everlasting Covid Pandemic, it is likely that you have already begun your regular maintenance for fall, or you have been keeping up with it throughout the year as a means of staying occupied. If so…that is fantastic! If not, well it is now time to get started.
If done right, your kitchen renovation could be creating the biggest return on investment for your home. To ensure this, there are many factors to consider when renovating your kitchen.
Well, we are about to see the beginning of fall! With the return of a school year, and leaves changing colours, we know that we will have new chores starting soon. Perhaps, you have been keeping up with your home’s regular maintenance—after all, we have spent a lot of time at home this past year and you may just have a few items to complete as the weather turns. Or maybe, circumstances have prevented you from getting to your chore list at all and your maintenance list will be lengthy. Either way, the season is about to change and it is important that you get ready for those maintenance and repair items that have to be done.
Once again, COVID-19 has us discussing our new way of life, which includes truly living in our homes! Regardless of where you reside in the Niagara region, right now you are likely feeling a little confined by the restrictions and are thinking about the way you function in your home and yard and how you can make changes to it to better suit your needs. You may be thinking that you have outgrown your house… or perhaps your house has stopped feeling like home! For some, the simple answer will be to move or build elsewhere, but for others, moving is simply out of the question.
Well, this is another new year, it is not just another year. We are now six months into 2022, and we are still dealing with the Pandemic--just in a slightly different way. While we find ourselves looking forward to a time when we can say that it is all behind us, we have to acknowledge we are simply not there yet—But we seem to be getting there. So, as we endure this strange world we currently live in, we realize that the trends we are seeing have a lot to do with the unprecedented change we have experienced.
…But it may just take a little longer this year to seem like it’s arrived. That doesn’t mean however, that you can skip the Spring maintenance chores altogether, it just means it may be cooler or just later when you start.
With travel restrictions in place for most of the Pandemic, vacation funds have been rerouted into many homeowners’ home improvement funds. If something good has come from this Pandemic, it would be the new pride being taken in maintaining and updating our homes. The trends for 2022 still seem to be focused on making our homes safe, reinventing our living spaces, and creating a tranquil, staycation spot for our families! We long for the good ole days…even though for many that was just 3 years ago.
If you have ever watched the original Scooby-Doo cartoons, you know that with every mystery there was a hidden room, space, or passageway to be discovered…or rather there was a disguised door.
